Be Nurtured - WHITE CEANOTHUS This essence is especially good for children. Nature refers to it as mother's milk, as it is filled with the divine mother's energy and is very powerful. You are surrounded with love from a higher realm and it is in abundance - it is spilling over. Be nurtured.

Creation / Focus - JACARANDA
Assists our ability to hold the energy, to dream the new dream. Supports creative vision and staying focused. Stimulates new ideas. Great when working on computers. Helpful for studying.

Dance - BOUGANVILLA This essence gives assistance for dancing through life gracefully. Good for all forms of sacred movement, especially dancing.

Deep Breath - EUCALYPTUS Take life in and let it out. It is about inhaling and exhaling. Open and expand the chest, lungs, remember to breathe. Breathing connects all systems in our bodies. Mastery of breath is mastery of health.
